Items will usually ship the next business day once the order is placed. When placing an order, please use the email that you frequently check so that we can contact you if there are any questions regarding your order. Also make sure to gives us your phone number in case the post office needs to contact you.

You'll receive an email with your tracking number a few days later.
Please contact us with any questions regarding your order. In most cases, we answer your email right away, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. If you email us over the weekend, we will respond to you the following Monday.

 

Returns & Refunds
We're happy to offer a refund or an exchanges for any items that are not completely satisfactory excluding shipping costs. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of receipt. Items must be unworn, in perfect sellable condition and in their original packaging. The return of the products are at your own cost.

Sorry, we don't refund or accept returns on sale products.
Please contact us, stating your order number and the nature of the problem so that we can better serve you in the future. Packages sent back without a prior email will not be accepted. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Please check and re-check your mailing address before placing the order. If you're using your paypal account, make sure that the address in your paypal account is accurate and up-to-date.We will only be responsible for shipping and handling charges on items that were sent incorrectly. We are not responsible for the loss of orders due to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Simply add your items to the cart and shipping rates will be displayed. Please be aware delays in shipping and customs may occur. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for this type of delay. You may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package. As each country has different customs, we cannot be responsible for the delays and fees. The best thing would be to contact the customs directly. We have no way to contact the customs from here.
